These training courses are delivered to help our customers understand the use of SOLIDWORKS Simulation Packages.
SIM-01: Introduction to SOLIDWORKS Simulation
Duration: 1 day
For those designers and engineers new to analysis or have not used it before, we recommend a one day workshop introduction. The course looks at refreshing the skills, knowledge and considerations needed to conduct an accurate analysis using SOLIDWORKS Premium or SOLIDWORKS Simulation Standard. This provides a very basic introduction course and ideally suited to those users new to the world of Simulation.
SIM-02: SOLIDWORKS Simulation (as included in SOLIDWORKS Premium)
Duration: 2 days
For those designers and Engineers that may have an awareness of Finite Element Analysis methods and their application to test products in a design and development. This course builds on the fundamental building blocks of SIM-01 and is ideally suited to either SOLIDWORKS Simulation Standard or SOLIDWORKS Premium functionality.
SIM-03: SOLIDWORKS Simulation Motion
Duration: 1 day
This course concentrates on the functionality contained within SOLIDWORKS Simulation motion (contained within SOLIDWORKS Premium and Simulation Standard).
SIM-04: SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional
Duration: 2 days
Pre-Requisites: Experience of design using SOLIDWORKS and ideally completion of SOLIDWORKS Simulation course
This course concentrates on the functionality contained within SOLIDWORKS Simulation Professional and ideally assumes that you have attended SIM-02.
SIM-05: SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium
Duration: 2 Days
This course concentrates on the functionality contained within SOLIDWORKS Simulation Premium and ideally assumes that you have attended SIM-04.
SIM-06: SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation
Duration: 2 Days
Pre-Requisites: Experience of design using SOLIDWORKS
Designed for engineers who are not specialists in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), SOLIDWORKS Flow Simulation redefines fluid flow analysis with robust capabilities normally found in high-end CFD Programs. This two-day, hands-on training program provides an in-depth session on the basics of turbulent fluid flow analysis, in addition to covering meshing concerns, modeling concerns, analysis, post-processing, available options and preferences.
