We are delighted to announce that, as of Friday 15th June 2018, Innova Systems UK Ltd has been acquired by the French Group, Visiativ. Formed in 1987 and based in Lyon, Visiativ are one of the largest Resellers worldwide for Dassault Systèmes SOLIDWORKS, employing over 700 people and serving over 15,000 customers. The Visiativ Group’s ambition is to help small to medium sized companies in their digital transformation by offering them innovative and tailored solutions.
